EMDR intensive program is designed to fit your unique needs and lifestyle. Here's what the process looks like:
1. Intake Session
In a one-hour video call, we’ll explore your history, identify areas where you feel fragmented or stuck, and clarify your goals for healing and reclaiming wholeness. Based on this conversation, I’ll recommend the best approach and length of intensive therapy for you.
Cost: £150
2. EMDR Intensive Therapy
Sessions are flexible, but typically involve up to 7 hours of therapeutic over a week.
Breaks are taken as needed (and aren’t included in the therapy hours).
Intensives can range from a half a day to 3 half days.
Pricing:
Half-Day Intensive (up to 4 hours): £600
Full-Day Intensive (up to 7 hours): £1200
3. Follow-Up Session
A 45-minute follow-up session 1–2 weeks after your intensive to check in on your progress and discuss next steps.
